Ming Li is a member of CPA Australia and CPA Public Accountant, IPA Fellow Public Accountant, ATO registered tax agent and ASIC registered agent. She is also MYOB’s accredited education provider and public accountant and Quick Book’s professional accountant.

Before joining ML Tax Solution, Trinity worked as an office administrator in Transport Department in China. Since joining our firm, Trinity has contributed her rich industry experience to service our clients as the office manager.  She is in-charge of our corporate secretarial services, ATO/ ASIC correspondence. She has also assisted various clients in international trading documentation preparations.

Carolyn has a solid broad range of skills, knowledge throughout the systematic theory study. Her experience is enhanced by her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business with an accounting major. She has a wealth of internal corporate and financial experience, including in the areas of bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, reconciliation and payroll. She is an expert in the areas of domestic retail and wholesale business, international trading, manufacturing, real estate property and travel agencies sectors.

Prior joining the ML Tax Solution, Jack has worked as an assistant manager in one of the top 10 international trading groups in China.

Base on his rich industry knowledge, Jack has been helping clients in various industries such as property development and investment, retail and wholesale services, international trading, hospitality services, IT services, real estate agencies and medical services. Jack is passionate for accounting. Integrity, trust and responsibility have always been the guidelines for his professional pathway. Jack is also the IT technical consultant of our firm. His good understanding of a wide range of accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Quick Book, HandiSoft, Solution 6 etc.) and the maintenance of these information systems will help our clients to further develop their business.

In 2009, Jane worked in BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs. Since 2010, she has been the assistant accountant in ML Tax Solution and taking care of various business accounts, such as Café, restaurant, convenience stores, clothing, automotive parts, consulting services and international trading services.

Michelle graduated from University of Melbourne. Since joining ML Tax Solution, she has been involved in small business BAS & Tax Returns preparations and financial reporting, and administration matters.

Before joining ML Tax Solution, Sean has worked in advertising company and retail industry for years. He has handled financial reporting and management accounting, has board range of industry knowledge. Sean has rich experience in MYOB and would be happy to assist you in getting your business processes computerized.

Before Join our team in 2008, Tony had been working in medical service industry as a company accountant in charge of all the tax compliance. Tony also worked as tax consultant in H&R Block specializing in preparing tax returns. After join our team, Tony has been dealing with wide range of clients operating in different industries, including retails, wholesales, international trading, manufacturing, hospitality services, property development and investment, real estate agencies and medical services. His advanced knowledge in Australian Accounting and taxation would help clients to deal with all aspect of financial reporting, tax compliance, tax consulting and tax planning.
